Governance Structure

South Coast Alliance Inc. is a not for profit incorporated association. It has a membership base made from the elected members of the City of Albany and the Shires of Denmark, Jerramungup and Plantagenet, in Western Australia.
​South Coast Alliance Inc is managed by an Executive Committee consisting of the Mayor or President, Deputy Mayor or President and one other elected member from each Local Government Authority.
 
Office bearers of Chair, Deputy Chair, Secretary and Treasurer are rotated annually.
